Payment
Payment can be made using Visa or Mastercard and it will be processed using Stripe.
Delivery
Delivery is Free, Worldwide.
Once the order has been made and payment has been verified, it will be processed and dispatched for delivery within 1 day, excluding weekends and public holidays. When it is dispatched, we will send you a notification email with the tracking number.
Local Delivery
We use Singpost's SmartPac for delivery so that you do not have to worry about having someone to sign for the parcel and you will be able to track the parcel via their website or Singpost mobile app.
The postman will first deliver to your doorstep but if noone is present to sign for it, the postman will then deliver to your letterbox with a postman signed delivery note.
Delivery will take 2 - 3 working days during non-festive periods (i.e Mar to Sep) and 3 - 4 working days during festive periods (i.e Oct to Dec).
International Delivery
We use Singapore Post Registered Air Mail, Normal delivery, for international deliveries and it is free for all destinations.
